2012 Workshops (January, February and March)
January 22nd
Taking stock
In this one day workshop you will take stock and acknowledge what you value about yourself and your life, and what sustains and nourishes you. Then you will release your excess baggage, that which no longer serves you and which holds you back from realising your true potential.
It will be an opportunity to cast off lingering negative aspects that you don't want to carry over from 2011 into 2012 and to sow the seeds for a positive year ahead that you will be able to look back on with satisfaction.
We need to keep renewing ourselves in order to maintain our fascination and our enthusiasm for life.
The day will consist of a variety of exercises including:
Breathing and relaxation
Drawing and writing
Ritual
Guided meditation/visualisation
Movement
Forgiveness work
Venue: The Yoga Barn in Wolvercote.
Date: Sunday 22nd January2012
Time: 10am – 5pm
Cost: £50/£45/£40
Maximum of 8 places. Must be booked and paid for in advance. (Please contact me if you feel strongly drawn to taking this workshop but are unable to meet the fees.)

this is what a couple of the participants said about the last 'taking stock' workshop:
Hi Sue, I wanted to thank you for such a brilliant workshop. I certainly feel that I had all the time and space I needed to take stock and self-examine. The shape of the day and the rhythm that you created was just right. Hannah
